Eligibility
To qualify for return or exchange:
- Items must be in original condition with all protective coatings intact
- Original packaging including authenticity cards and UV verification materials
- Return initiated within 15 days of delivery (as verified by DHL/FedEx/EMS tracking)
- Prescription lenses (custom-made to your specifications)
- Items marked “Final Sale” during special promotions
Return Process
- Notification: Email [email protected] within 15 days with “RETURN REQUEST” in subject line
- Authorization: Our Leeds team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
- Packaging: Repackage using original protective materials (scratches from improper packaging may void return)
- Shipping: Return via tracked courier (we recommend DHL/FedEx for security)
Exchange Process
For exchanges between frame styles (Cat Eye, Rectangle, Square etc.):
- Follow standard return process
- Specify desired replacement in your email
- Price differences will be settled via original payment method
- Expedited shipping available for VIP clients (contact our Leeds boutique)
Refund Timeline
Upon receipt and authentication at our Leeds boutique:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days processing
- Bank Transfer: 5-10 business days (international transfers may take longer)
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
